We offer free standard delivery within South Africa on all orders over R500. Once your order has been placed, your parcel is typically delivered within 3 to 11 business days. You will receive an automated tracking notification as soon as your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner (Aramex & The Courier Guy).

Due to the delicate, hygienic, and bespoke nature of our curated gift boxes and standalone items-which include sensitive newborn apparel, personal care, and keepsakes-all sales are final and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations once dispatched. Each order is prepared in a sanitized environment, individually inspected, and sealed to ensure the highest safety and presentation standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glossygoose.co.za with photos of the outer shipping box, the courier waybill, and the affected item so we can promptly arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.
