Each order is prepared in a sanitized environment, individually inspected, and sealed to ensure the highest safety and presentation standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glossygoose.co.za with photos of the outer shipping box, the courier waybill, and the affected item so we can promptly arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.
